In 2009 we acheived an average success rate of 88%,  We have exceeded this with over a 90% success rate in 2010 and  2011.

 

This proves bigger is not always better and that Môn Properties are the most succesful local Auctioneer in terms of acheiving sales. In fact the UK average for August 2010 was only 58%.
