As of the 21st May 2010 Home Information Packs are no longer legally required.

The Energy Performance Certificate is still required with the coloured graph Chart being needed on sales particulars. We are able and happy to organise this for our vendors. Our nominated Domestic Energy Asssessor charges the very competiitive and reasonable fee of £75 inc VAT to include a floor plan of your home. Just give us a call and we will make all the arrangements and explain any other information you require.

The treasury has unveiled a stamp duty holiday that will see the threshold property value lifted from to £125,000 to £175,000 from 3rd September 2008 until 31st December 2009".
